ABOUT THE GOLDEN TREE

Questions about
The Golden Tree.

From hotel operations and guest services to manufacturing and white-label concepts, these are the fundamentals of how The Golden Tree works.

What exactly is The Golden Tree?

The Golden Tree is an international hospitality group operating and supporting guest-facing services for hotels, premium properties and private clients. Our activities span wellness and spa operations, concierge, mobility, hotel lounges and selected F&B operations, operational management, security and infrastructure, as well as the manufacture and supply of hospitality products and amenities.

Is The Golden Tree primarily a spa company?

No. Wellness is an important part of the group, particularly through AURIM, but it represents only one part of Golden Tree's activities.

Today, our operations extend across hospitality management, concierge, mobility, lounges and F&B, security, technology and infrastructure, manufacturing and other guest-service functions.

What is AURIM?

AURIM is The Golden Tree's public day-spa and wellness brand, operating within selected leading hotels.

AURIM locations provide professional wellness, spa and related services directly to guests and are classified through the AURIM Level 1–5 system according to the scope of the individual location.

Golden Tree can also operate hotel wellness completely white-label without the property becoming an AURIM location.

Does The Golden Tree operate hotel lounges and bars?

Yes. The Golden Tree can manage executive lounges, club lounges, lounge bars and related guest-service operations, including staffing, access, presentation, service procedures, beverages, snacks and day-to-day supervision.

Depending on the property and contractual model, food and beverage may be supplied by the hotel or incorporated into the Golden Tree operating scope. Alcohol service and other regulated activities are handled within the applicable licensing and regulatory framework of the property and jurisdiction.

What can a hotel/property entrust to The Golden Tree?

Depending on the property, Golden Tree can assume responsibility for services including wellness and spa operations, concierge, executive and club lounges, selected F&B and bar operations, chauffeur and mobility, valet and arrival services, security, technology and operational infrastructure.

Does The Golden Tree provide its services directly?

Yes. Wherever services are provided directly by The Golden Tree, they are delivered through our own operating structure, teams and applicable professional authorisations. We maintain the relevant licences, trade registrations and operating permissions required for the services we perform in the markets where we operate.

Who does The Golden Tree work with?

Golden Tree works with hotels, hospitality groups, property owners and operators, premium properties, corporate partners and private clients.

Relationships range from public-facing Golden Tree services to completely white-label operations in which Golden Tree works behind the partner property's own identity.

Does The Golden Tree manufacture hotel products and amenities?

Yes. The Golden Tree manufactures, develops and sources hospitality products for our own operations, white-label wellness concepts and partner hotels. This includes towels, bathrobes, slippers, shampoos, lotions, shaving products, guest-room amenities, spa consumables, cleaning products, disinfection supplies and related operational equipment.

Products can be developed for Golden Tree, AURIM, the hotel’s own brand or another white-label identity, with sourcing and specifications aligned with applicable European product, hygiene and quality requirements.

Can Golden Tree supply amenities without operating the hotel or spa?

Yes. Product supply and manufacturing can be commissioned independently from an operating partnership. Hotels can work with The Golden Tree for selected amenities, complete product ranges or white-label hospitality supplies without outsourcing another department to us.

Is The Golden Tree a staffing or outsourcing company?

Not in the conventional sense.

Personnel may form part of a Golden Tree operation, but our role can extend to the entire structure surrounding a department — including management, procedures, recruitment, scheduling, training, technology, licensing, quality assurance, reporting and ongoing supervision.

Can a hotel use only one Golden Tree service?

Yes. A partnership does not need to begin with a complete operating package. A hotel may engage us for one department or service — for example wellness, concierge or chauffeur operations — and expand the scope later if required.

Are Golden Tree services available 24/7?

Several Golden Tree functions operate around the clock, including our concierge and rapid-response capabilities. Availability for on-property services depends on the individual hotel, location and agreed operating scope.

How can a hotel work with The Golden Tree?

A partnership can cover a single service, an entire department or several connected operations. This may include wellness, concierge, executive lounges, chauffeur and mobility, valet, selected F&B services, security, operational infrastructure or a combination structured specifically for the property.

Do we have to introduce The Golden Tree or AURIM brand into our hotel?

No. Operations can be Golden Tree-branded, AURIM-branded, co-branded or completely white-label. In a white-label model, the service remains part of the hotel’s own guest experience while The Golden Tree provides the operating structure behind it.

Can we outsource only one department?

Yes. There is no requirement to adopt a wider Golden Tree package. A hotel may begin with one treatment room, concierge function, lounge, chauffeur operation or another defined service and keep the partnership limited to that scope.

Can an existing hotel department be transferred to Golden Tree management?

Yes. Where appropriate, we can take over an existing operation rather than creating a new one from the beginning. The transition can include procedures, staffing structures, reservations, service standards, reporting, quality control and integration with the hotel’s existing departments.

Do you provide the staff as well as the management?

Yes. Depending on the partnership, Golden Tree can provide both operational management and the personnel required to deliver the service. We can also work with an existing hotel team or operate through a mixed staffing model where that is more appropriate.

Does Golden Tree simply supply personnel?

No. Staffing can form part of a mandate, but our operating model goes considerably further. Depending on scope, Golden Tree can assume responsibility for procedures, supervision, training, scheduling, technology, quality assurance, guest communication, reporting and the day-to-day management of the department.

How closely does Golden Tree integrate with the hotel team?

As closely as the operation requires. Our teams can work directly with front office, housekeeping, F&B, engineering, security, finance, reservations and hotel management so that the outsourced department functions as part of the property rather than as an isolated third-party service.

Can Golden Tree operate according to our hotel standards?

Yes. Partner requirements can be incorporated into the operating model alongside Golden Tree’s own internal standards and controls. This includes brand procedures, service language, grooming, guest handling, escalation paths, reporting and other property-specific requirements.

Who remains in control of the guest experience?

The partnership structure defines responsibilities clearly from the outset. In a white-label arrangement, the hotel can retain the guest-facing identity and agreed brand standards while Golden Tree assumes responsibility for the contracted operation behind it.

Who remains in control of the guest experience?

The partnership structure defines responsibilities clearly from the outset. In a white-label arrangement, the hotel can retain the guest-facing identity and agreed brand standards while Golden Tree assumes responsibility for the contracted operation behind it.

How are problems and guest complaints handled?

Responsibility does not end when an issue is reported. Operational incidents, guest concerns and service failures can be documented, assigned and escalated through defined management channels, with follow-up extending beyond the individual employee or shift involved.

Can Golden Tree operate executive lounges and hotel bars?

Yes. Golden Tree can manage executive and club lounges, lounge bars and related guest-service operations, including staffing, access, service procedures, beverages, snacks, presentation and day-to-day supervision. The precise F&B and licensing structure is agreed with each property.

Who handles licences and professional authorisations?

Responsibility depends on the service and jurisdiction. For activities Golden Tree provides directly, we operate within the applicable licences, registrations and professional authorisations required for our scope. Property-specific permissions or hotel-held licences can remain with the hotel where appropriate.

Can Golden Tree manufacture or supply products for the hotel as part of the partnership?

Yes. Operational partnerships can also include towels, bathrobes, slippers, cosmetics, guest-room amenities, spa products, cleaning and disinfection supplies and other hospitality consumables — under Golden Tree, AURIM or the hotel’s own brand.

Are Golden Tree partnerships intended to be long-term?

Yes. Every Golden Tree partnership is entered into on a long-term, good-faith basis. Our Memorandum of Intent, signed with each partner, reflects the intention to build a lasting working relationship rather than a short-term supplier arrangement.

Individual operating scopes may change, expand or be restructured over time, but we do not approach hotel partnerships as short-term transactional engagements.

What is AURIM?

AURIM is The Golden Tree’s public day-spa and wellness brand, created for locations within leading hotels. Each AURIM combines the character of its host property with Golden Tree treatments, guest care and operating standards, while remaining a distinct Golden Tree wellness destination.

AURIM locations are classified from Level 1 to Level 5 according to the scope of facilities, staffing, service and overall guest experience.

What do AURIM Levels 1–5 mean?

Every AURIM location is assigned one of five operating levels. The classification helps guests and hotel partners understand the scale and style of the experience — from essential, largely self-directed wellness access at the lower levels to highly serviced and personalised retreat environments at the highest level.

The classification relates to facilities, staffing and service scope and does not represent a medical classification.

Is every AURIM the same?

No. AURIM is a common brand and operating standard, but the individual experience is shaped around the hotel, its facilities and its guests. A Level 2 city-hotel spa can therefore look and operate very differently from a Level 5 retreat while both remain recognisably AURIM.

Is AURIM open to the public?

AURIM is a public-facing day-spa brand, although access rules differ by location. Some AURIM spas welcome hotel guests and external day-spa visitors, while others are reserved for hotel guests, members or guests holding confirmed treatments.

What is the relationship between AURIM and The Golden Tree?

AURIM is a Golden Tree brand dedicated specifically to spa, wellness, fitness and related personal-care services. The Golden Tree provides the wider group structure, licences, management systems, quality assurance, specialists, products and operational infrastructure behind the brand.

What makes your approach different?

We combine practical guidance, thoughtful strategy, and long-term thinking to help organizations move forward with greater confidence.

What is Golden Tree Concierge?

Golden Tree Concierge is our dedicated 24/7 guest-support and coordination service.

The team handles everyday concierge requests as well as complex situations involving several providers, locations or countries. The objective is simple: the guest should have one team that takes responsibility for coordinating what needs to happen next.

Depending on the relationship, support may be provided by an embedded white-label concierge team, through our public concierge service, or by a dedicated private membership team handling considerably more complex and time-sensitive requirements.

Are there different Golden Tree Concierge services?

Yes. Golden Tree Concierge operates through three distinct service models:
White-Label Concierge, Public Concierge and Private Concierge Memberships.

Each serves a different purpose, but all remain connected to the wider Golden Tree concierge infrastructure.

What is White-Label Concierge?

White-Label Concierge is designed for hotels and managed properties.
Golden Tree concierge professionals can work directly within the property, aligned with the hotel's brand, procedures and guest experience while operating according to Golden Tree standards. To the guest, the concierge can appear entirely as part of the hotel.

Importantly, the on-property team is not isolated. More complex or unusual requests can be escalated into Golden Tree's wider concierge operation for additional resources, international coordination or specialist support.

What is Golden Tree Public Concierge?

Public Concierge provides access to Golden Tree assistance without requiring a private concierge membership.
It can be used for everyday requests such as restaurant reservations, transportation, travel changes, special purchases, celebrations or arrangements requested by guests visiting Golden Tree and AURIM locations.

Access to the concierge is complimentary; where Golden Tree is asked to organise or execute a request, an arrangement fee may apply together with any third-party costs.

How quickly does Public Concierge respond?

Golden Tree Public Concierge operates 24/7, but it is not a Rapid Response service.

For non-members contacting Public Concierge by email or other standard channels, the average response time is approximately 6–12 hours. Response times can vary depending on demand, complexity and priority.

Private Concierge members operate under a fundamentally different service model, with dedicated team access and significantly faster response standards.

What is a Golden Tree Private Concierge Membership?

Private Concierge Membership is Golden Tree's highest level of concierge service.
Members are supported by a dedicated concierge team rather than a single assigned individual, providing continuous access to a wider group of specialists and operational resources.

Requests can range from everyday travel, dining and personal arrangements to complex international situations involving aviation, medical logistics, mobility, urgent travel, specialist sourcing, family support and coordination with qualified professional services.

How quickly does Private Concierge respond?

Our private concierge operation currently averages approximately 92 seconds to first response. For straightforward requests, organisation can often begin or be completed within approximately four minutes.

More complex cases naturally depend on the circumstances, availability and external providers involved.

What can Private Concierge members request?

There is no predefined catalogue of concierge requests.

Members contact their team with the situation they need solved. This may be as simple as changing a dinner reservation or as involved as reorganising international travel, arranging aircraft or specialist transport, coordinating medical logistics, locating difficult-to-source items, supporting family members in different locations or bringing several providers together around one urgent situation.

Does a member have one personal concierge?

No. This is intentional.

Rather than depending on one individual who may be unavailable, each private member is supported by a dedicated team. Requests can therefore continue across shifts, time zones and specialist areas without requiring the member to restart the conversation with somebody new.

The relationship remains personal; the capability behind it is collective.

Is Golden Tree Concierge available 24/7?

Yes. Golden Tree Concierge operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Requests do not have to wait for normal hotel-office hours, and urgent matters can be escalated within the concierge operation immediately.

What kinds of requests can the concierge handle?

Almost anything that can be arranged legally and responsibly.

This ranges from restaurants, travel, transportation, events, gifts and reservations to unusual sourcing requests, last-minute changes, private aviation, complex itineraries, family arrangements and situations requiring several services to be coordinated at once.

Is Golden Tree Concierge only for luxury reservations and experiences?

No.

Restaurant reservations and travel arrangements are part of the service, but they represent only a small part of what the team does.

Golden Tree Concierge is also designed for the moment when a straightforward guest request becomes a logistical problem and somebody needs to take ownership of the entire situation

Where is Golden Tree Concierge based?

Golden Tree Concierge is not operated from one central desk. Our 24/7 concierge infrastructure is divided across three specialised teams in Europe and Asia.

CCD — Vienna, Austria
Located at the Millennium Tower, CCD handles the day-to-day flow of concierge requests around the clock: chauffeur arrangements, spa and treatment reservations, restaurants, hotels, flights and other everyday guest requirements.

THE OFFICE — Bratislava, Slovakia
THE OFFICE is our 24/7 long-form request team. It handles matters that require more time, research, specialist knowledge or sustained coordination — substantial projects that may develop over days or longer rather than requiring an immediate Rapid Response.

CORE Team — Seoul, South Korea
CORE is the senior operating layer of Golden Tree Concierge and the principal team behind our dedicated private-member service. It oversees the wider concierge structure and handles the most complex assignments, Rapid Response, major international coordination, infrastructure and security-related requirements, and requests requiring resources beyond normal concierge operations.

Do the three concierge teams work separately?

No. They form one connected concierge operation.

A request can move between CCD, THE OFFICE and CORE as its complexity changes. An everyday request may remain entirely with CCD, while a longer project can involve THE OFFICE and an urgent or exceptionally complex situation can be escalated to CORE.

The same structure supports our hotel partnerships. Golden Tree concierges working physically inside a white-label partner property are able to draw on the wider organisation when a guest request goes beyond what should reasonably be handled at hotel level.

What makes Golden Tree Concierge different from a traditional hotel concierge?

Scope and operating depth.

A Golden Tree concierge is not restricted to what is available inside one property or one destination. Our team can coordinate across hotels, transport providers, aviation, suppliers, local partners and other specialist services where required.

For partner hotels, this means the property's own concierge or front-office team can also draw on the wider Golden Tree operation when a request exceeds what can reasonably be handled locally.

Is Golden Tree Concierge a call centre?

No.

Golden Tree Concierge is an operational service made up of dedicated concierge teams with different responsibilities, resources and escalation levels. The objective is not simply to receive requests, but to take responsibility for organising and following them through.

What happens when a request becomes unusually complex?

It moves upward through the concierge operation rather than being left with one person to solve alone.

Golden Tree's concierge structure allows requests to be supported by additional team members, operational departments and external specialists as required.

The same principle also applies to our white-label operations: an embedded hotel concierge can escalate exceptional requests into Golden Tree's central concierge infrastructure.

Does Golden Tree provide medical or legal services itself?

Concierge coordinates; appropriately qualified professionals perform regulated services.

Where a request involves medical care, aviation, legal matters or another regulated profession, Golden Tree can identify, engage and coordinate with the appropriate licensed providers and remain involved in the wider logistics surrounding the case.

Is Rapid Response exclusive to private members?

Rapid Response is exclusively available to private Golden Tree Concierge members.

Non-members do not have access to The Golden Tree’s dedicated private-member concierge operation or its Rapid Response infrastructure.

Guests without a membership may contact Golden Tree staff at participating partner properties, AURIM locations or Golden Tree Public Concierge. These teams can resolve many everyday requests directly and may escalate matters internally where necessary, but this does not provide the guest with access to the dedicated member concierge team.

Private-member requests receive priority within the concierge organisation.

What lounge and F&B services does The Golden Tree operate?

Golden Tree can operate executive lounges, club lounges, hotel lounge bars, VIP areas and selected food & beverage services within partner properties.

Depending on the mandate, our responsibility can include staffing, guest service, access control, beverages, snacks, presentation, stock, opening and closing procedures, quality assurance and day-to-day management.

Can Golden Tree manage an entire executive or club lounge?

Yes.

Golden Tree can assume responsibility for the complete guest-facing operation of an executive or club lounge rather than supplying individual employees.

The exact scope is defined with the hotel and may include lounge reception, access verification, food and beverage service, bar service, guest assistance, presentation, replenishment, stock control and management supervision.

Can Golden Tree take over an existing hotel lounge?

Yes.

A new lounge does not need to be created. Golden Tree can take over or restructure an existing lounge operation while working with the property's existing facilities, standards, suppliers and systems.

The transition can include staffing, procedures, operating hours, service standards, inventory, reporting and quality controls.

Does the lounge have to carry Golden Tree branding?

No.

Lounge and F&B operations can be completely white-label. Golden Tree may operate the department entirely behind the hotel's own brand, uniforms, guest communication and service standards. Guests do not need to know that an external operating structure is involved.

Who provides the food and beverages?

The model is flexible. A hotel may continue to purchase and supply its own food and beverages while Golden Tree manages the guest-facing operation and service. Where agreed and legally applicable, Golden Tree can also take responsibility for selected procurement, beverages, snacks, consumables and related operational supplies.

Can Golden Tree serve alcohol?

Yes, where included within the operating scope and permitted under the applicable licensing structure.

Golden Tree can operate bar and alcoholic beverage service within hotel lounges and related concepts. The legal structure is determined according to the property, jurisdiction and applicable licences or authorisations. Where an activity is provided directly by Golden Tree, the required regulatory and licensing requirements are incorporated into the operating model.

Can Golden Tree manage a hotel bar without managing the entire F&B department?

Yes.

A hotel can outsource a lounge bar, executive lounge or another defined guest-service concept without transferring its restaurants, kitchens or wider F&B department to Golden Tree.

This modular approach is central to how Golden Tree partnerships are structured.

Does Golden Tree operate kitchens?

Our principal focus is guest-facing lounge, bar and selected F&B operations. Where a concept involves food production or kitchen activity, responsibilities are defined individually according to the property, required infrastructure, staffing and applicable food-service regulations.

What does Golden Tree handle inside an executive lounge?

Depending on the property, this may include:

guest reception and access · breakfast service · daytime refreshments · snacks · evening service · alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages · bar service · replenishment · table presentation · guest assistance · stock monitoring · operating checks · complaints · shift supervision · opening and closing procedures · concierge · housekeeping

Can Golden Tree manage lounge access?

Yes.

Guest eligibility and access rules can be incorporated into the lounge operation, including room category, executive-floor entitlement, membership, hotel status, invitations or other property-defined access criteria.

Where technically possible, these processes can be connected with the hotel's existing guest and access systems.

Can Golden Tree provide lounge reception staff?

Yes.

Lounge operations may include a dedicated reception or host function responsible for welcoming guests, confirming access, assisting with requests and coordinating with other hotel departments. This can be particularly useful in larger executive or club lounge concepts.

Can lounge staff also assist guests with concierge requests?

Yes, depending on the partnership.

Because Golden Tree operates a wider guest-service and concierge infrastructure, lounge teams can have defined escalation channels for requests that extend beyond normal lounge service.

This allows a guest request to move from the lounge into the appropriate Golden Tree or hotel service structure without the lounge employee trying to solve everything alone.

Can Golden Tree provide the employees as well as management?

Yes.

Golden Tree can provide the operational management and the staff required for the lounge or bar. We can also operate mixed models in which Golden Tree personnel work alongside hotel employees or where parts of the existing team remain in place.

Will Golden Tree staff follow our hotel's standards?

Yes.

White-label operations are aligned with the partner property's brand requirements, service language, grooming standards, operating procedures and guest-experience expectations.Golden Tree's own internal standards and quality controls operate behind that property-specific framework.

Who is responsible for staff training?

Golden Tree can manage recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling and ongoing supervision of personnel within its operating scope.

Hotel-specific requirements can be incorporated into the training programme so that employees understand both Golden Tree operating standards and the expectations of the individual property.

How does Golden Tree maintain lounge quality?

Lounges operate within Golden Tree's wider Operational Governance & Quality Assurance structure.

Service delivery, presentation, stock, cleanliness, guest feedback and operational issues can be reviewed through on-property management, digital checks and central oversight, with defined escalation where standards are not met.

How are stock and replenishment handled?

Golden Tree uses its own AI-supported inventory and forecasting systems to continuously analyse consumption, expected demand, replenishment requirements, cost development and unusual stock movements.

The system supports demand forecasting, purchasing decisions, waste reduction, margin control and the identification of discrepancies or potential loss and theft patterns before they become recurring operational issues.

Physical controls remain equally important. Stock checks follow defined cross-verification procedures between employees, with additional independent reviews by Golden Tree management and control departments. This combination of predictive technology and layered human oversight is designed to maintain availability, reduce avoidable cost and protect both service standards and operating margins.

Can Golden Tree source or manufacture products used in the lounge?

Yes.

Golden Tree's broader procurement and manufacturing capabilities can support lounge operations with selected consumables, presentation items, guest amenities and white-label products.

Where the hotel already has mandatory suppliers or brand standards, those remain fully compatible with the operating model.

Can Golden Tree create a new lounge concept for a hotel?

Yes.

A partnership can begin before an operation exists.

Golden Tree can assist in developing the operating concept, service structure, staffing model, guest journey, access rules, beverage and snack offering, workflows and management procedures before moving into the ongoing operation.

Can an underperforming lounge be restructured?

Yes.

Golden Tree can review an existing lounge's operating model, staffing, guest flow, service procedures, presentation, access structure, F&B offering and management processes before implementing an agreed revised concept.

The objective does not have to be a complete redesign; sometimes the more effective solution is to fix the operation already in place.

Can Golden Tree operate a lounge 24/7?

Where the hotel requires it and the operating model supports it, extended or continuous service can be structured accordingly.

Actual opening hours are determined individually based on the property's guest demand, facilities, staffing requirements and commercial model.

Can external guests use a Golden Tree-operated hotel lounge?

Only where the hotel permits it.

A lounge may remain exclusively for eligible hotel guests or incorporate controlled access for invited guests, members, corporate clients or other approved categories. Golden Tree does not independently override the property's access policy.

Can lounge operations be combined with other Golden Tree services?

Yes.

A hotel could combine lounge management with concierge, chauffeur, valet, wellness or other Golden Tree operations under a broader partnership.

This allows several guest-facing services to share management structures, escalation channels and quality controls while remaining distinct departments.

Does Golden Tree replace the hotel's F&B management?

Not necessarily.

Golden Tree can operate a defined lounge or bar while the hotel's Director of F&B and wider F&B department remain responsible for the rest of the property. The reporting and decision structure is agreed with the hotel before the operation begins.

How closely does a Golden Tree lounge work with the rest of the hotel?

Very closely.

Executive lounges in particular depend on communication with front office, housekeeping, F&B, kitchen, engineering, security, concierge and hotel management.

Golden Tree's objective is therefore to operate the lounge as part of the property, not as an independent business sitting inside it.

What is Golden Tree Chauffeur & Mobility?

Golden Tree Chauffeur & Mobility is our premium ground-transport operation for hotel guests, private clients, Concierge members and partner properties.

Services range from individual airport transfers and hourly chauffeur bookings to longer-term vehicle arrangements, hotel-integrated fleets and specialist protected mobility.

Which vehicles does Golden Tree operate?

Our fleet varies by market and assignment and includes vehicles such as:

BMW i7 · BMW 7 Series · BMW 7 Series Mansory · BMW X7 · Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 · Genesis G80 · BYD

Regional fleets are adapted to the market. In South Korea, for example, the operation also includes locally appropriate BYD and Genesis vehicles. Specific vehicle availability always depends on location, timing and assignment.

Does every vehicle carry Golden Tree branding?

No.

Vehicles can operate visibly as part of The Golden Tree or completely unbranded for a partner property.

For white-label hotel operations, the vehicle, chauffeur presentation, guest communication and service procedures can be aligned with the hotel so that the mobility service appears entirely as part of the property's own guest experience.

Can a hotel operate its own chauffeur service through Golden Tree?

Yes.

Golden Tree can operate chauffeur and mobility services on behalf of a hotel rather than simply accepting individual transfers from its guests.

The arrangement can include vehicles, chauffeurs, dispatch, operating procedures, guest coordination and day-to-day management under the hotel's own brand.

Can the service be completely white-label?

Yes.

A partner hotel can use Golden Tree's mobility infrastructure without presenting Golden Tree as the guest-facing brand.

To the passenger, it can function as the hotel's own chauffeur service while Golden Tree manages the underlying operation.

How can a chauffeur be booked?

Vehicles can be arranged in three principal ways:

Point-to-point transfer
For defined journeys such as airport-to-city transfers.

Hourly booking
From a minimum of one hour.

Extended blocks
For guests who require a chauffeur for several hours, a full day or a longer period.

The appropriate model depends on how the vehicle will actually be used.

How does airport-to-city pricing work?

For eligible airport-to-city transfers, Golden Tree can use a fixed transfer price for the defined city service area. This means the guest does not pay a different base transfer price simply because the final hotel or destination is on another side of the same covered city area.

Additional stops, waiting time, exceptional routing or travel outside the defined area may naturally change the booking.

How far in advance must a vehicle be booked?

Subject to local availability, vehicles can sometimes be arranged with as little as approximately 15 minutes' notice. Advance reservation is nevertheless recommended for specific vehicle models, busy periods, major events, protected transport and assignments requiring additional preparation.

Is Golden Tree Chauffeur available 24/7?

Mobility requests can be coordinated around the clock.

Actual vehicle availability depends on the location, fleet utilisation and the type of vehicle or assignment requested.

In which countries is the service available?

Golden Tree Chauffeur & Mobility can be arranged throughout markets in which Golden Tree provides its services, including Europe and South Korea.

Fleet composition and the delivery model vary by country rather than requiring every market to operate exactly the same vehicles.

Do Golden Tree Concierge members receive complimentary chauffeur service?

Golden Tree Private Concierge members (TGT SUPREME SOCIETY) and designated special guests receive complimentary chauffeur transportation to or from qualifying Golden Tree reservations, including hotel and AURIM appointments.

The transfer therefore becomes part of the wider Golden Tree guest journey rather than a separate transportation purchase.

Can an AURIM guest receive chauffeur service?

Chauffeur transportation can be arranged in connection with an AURIM reservation.

For eligible Concierge members and designated special guests, the qualifying transfer to or from that Golden Tree reservation is complimentary.

Does Golden Tree provide protected or armoured vehicles?

Yes.

For assignments requiring an elevated security profile, Golden Tree can provide vehicles with high-level ballistic protection, including VR7 and VR8-class protected vehicles, subject to market availability and the requirements of the assignment.

What is Protected Mobility?

Protected Mobility is a separate operating capability for movements requiring additional security, planning and personnel.

Depending on the assignment, this can involve armoured vehicles, specially trained personnel, route and movement procedures, security coordination and integration with other Golden Tree security functions.

Does Golden Tree support diplomatic or high-security movements?

Yes, where the required service can be provided within the applicable legal and operational framework.

Golden Tree can support diplomatic, executive and other security-sensitive movements using protected vehicles, trained personnel and assignment-specific operating procedures.

Who operates protected movements?

Protected assignments can involve specially trained security personnel, including personnel with military or specialist security backgrounds, depending on the requirements of the movement. The staffing and procedures are determined separately from ordinary chauffeur bookings.

Is protected transport available on short notice?

Potentially, but it should not carry the same 30-minute expectation as an ordinary executive transfer.

Protected movements may require vehicle availability, personnel allocation, route planning, security coordination or other preparation. Lead time therefore depends heavily on the assignment.

Can Golden Tree provide a vehicle exclusively to one guest?

Yes.

Vehicles can be assigned for longer blocks where a guest requires continuous availability rather than separate individual transfers.

This may be appropriate for executives, private families, delegations, long itineraries or guests requiring repeated movements throughout the day.

Can a vehicle be dedicated to a hotel rather than an individual guest?

Yes.

A partner property can structure a mobility operation around one or more vehicles serving the hotel itself.

This can be particularly useful where the hotel wants a consistently available house-car or chauffeur concept instead of arranging each journey independently.

Are chauffeurs part of Golden Tree's operating standards?

Yes.

Mobility is not treated as a vehicle-rental transaction. Chauffeurs and operations are managed around guest service, presentation, reliability and property-specific requirements.

Where the service is white-label, hotel standards can be incorporated alongside Golden Tree's own internal operating requirements.

Can the fleet be tailored to the positioning of our hotel?

Yes.

The vehicle mix does not need to be identical at every property.

A hotel may require predominantly BMW 7 Series and i7 vehicles, another may prefer Maybach-class transport, while a different market may require Genesis or another locally appropriate premium fleet.

Do you provide electric vehicles?

Yes.

The fleet includes fully electric executive vehicles such as the BMW i7, with additional electric vehicles available according to the local fleet and market. This can also support partner properties seeking a more electrified guest-mobility offering.

Can chauffeur operations be combined with concierge, valet and hotel arrival services?

Yes.

Mobility can operate as a standalone department or form part of a wider guest-arrival structure incorporating Concierge, valet, porter services, hotel reception coordination and other Golden Tree operations.

What happens if a flight is delayed?

Where the chauffeur booking is coordinated through Golden Tree and flight information is available, the mobility team can adapt the movement accordingly.

For more substantial travel disruption, the request can also move into the wider Golden Tree Concierge structure rather than leaving the guest to reorganise transportation independently.

Is Golden Tree Chauffeur a limousine broker?

No.

Golden Tree operates its own mobility services and vehicle resources in relevant markets while also having the ability to coordinate external providers where a request extends beyond its direct fleet.

This allows us to retain direct operational capability without limiting the guest to the assets physically available in one location.

Are Golden Tree chauffeur vehicles taxis?

No. Golden Tree chauffeur vehicles are not operated as taxis.

The vehicles are owned or registered within The Golden Tree InterNational operating structure and used as company and dedicated service vehicles for pre-arranged guest transportation.

They do not operate as street-hail taxis, do not carry taxi or conventional chauffeur branding, and are not presented to guests as public transport-for-hire vehicles.

Where applicable, vehicles are registered within the relevant company or special-service vehicle category and carry the corresponding registration or plate format required by the jurisdiction.

Can a Golden Tree vehicle be hailed on the street?

No.

Golden Tree vehicles are assigned through pre-arranged bookings, hotel operations, Concierge, partner properties or other authorised Golden Tree channels. They do not cruise for passengers or accept conventional street-hail taxi business.

What products does The Golden Tree manufacture and supply?

Our hospitality product portfolio includes towels, bathrobes, slippers, shampoos, conditioners, body lotions, soaps, shaving products, personal-care amenities, spa consumables, cleaning products, disinfection supplies and selected operational equipment.

Products can be supplied for hotel rooms, wellness areas, executive lounges, fitness facilities, back-of-house operations and complete Golden Tree or white-label concepts.

Is The Golden Tree primarily a spa company?

No. Wellness is an important part of the group, particularly through AURIM, but it represents only one part of our operations. The Golden Tree works across several areas of hospitality and can manage individual services, complete departments or wider operating concepts.

Are these products only used in AURIM spas?

No. AURIM is one important user of Golden Tree products, but the manufacturing and supply operation extends well beyond wellness.

Products can be developed for hotel guest rooms, bathrooms, executive areas, spas, fitness facilities, housekeeping, cleaning operations and other hospitality departments.

Can products be manufactured under our hotel brand?

Yes. Golden Tree can develop products under AURIM, The Golden Tree or a partner hotel's own identity.

White-label programmes can include branding, product specifications, packaging, sizing and presentation designed around the individual property.

Can we purchase Golden Tree products without outsourcing an operation

Yes. Manufacturing and supply are independent Golden Tree services. A hotel does not need to outsource its spa, lounge or another department in order to source products from us.

Likewise, an existing operating partner may choose to include only selected product categories within a wider Golden Tree agreement.

Does Golden Tree manufacture hotel-room amenities?

Yes. Our scope includes guest-room and bathroom amenities such as shampoos, conditioners, body lotions, soaps, shaving products and related personal-care items.

These can be developed as individual products or as a coordinated amenity range for the hotel.

Does Golden Tree manufacture hotel textiles?

Yes. The portfolio includes hospitality textiles and related products such as towels, spa towels, bathrobes and slippers, with specifications adapted to the intended environment, usage level and property positioning.

Can Golden Tree create a complete amenity collection for a hotel?

Rather than sourcing unrelated products individually, Golden Tree can develop a coordinated collection covering several points of the guest journey — for example bathroom amenities, slippers, robes, spa products and selected wellness items under one visual and product concept. This can be produced under the hotel's own brand.

Does Golden Tree also supply cleaning and disinfection products?

Yes. Our product scope extends into operational and back-of-house requirements, including selected cleaning agents, disinfection products, hygiene supplies, cleaning utensils and related consumables. The products are selected or developed according to their intended professional use and applicable regulatory requirements.

How does Golden Tree ensure products meet European requirements?

Products intended for European markets are specified and supplied according to the applicable European product, chemical, cosmetic, hygiene, safety and labelling requirements relevant to their category.

Compliance requirements differ significantly between a bathrobe, a cosmetic product and a professional disinfectant, so each category is handled according to its applicable regulatory framework rather than under one generic “quality certificate.”

Does Golden Tree test products in its own operations?

Yes — practical hospitality use is an important part of our product development process.

Because Golden Tree also operates guest-facing hospitality environments, products can be evaluated under real operating conditions: repeated laundering, daily guest use, housekeeping processes, spa treatments, replenishment cycles and staff handling.

What makes Golden Tree manufacturing different from ordering directly from a generic supplier?

We approach the product from the perspective of the operator who has to use it every day.

Price is only one consideration. Durability, guest perception, replenishment frequency, storage, presentation, housekeeping workload, waste and cost per use can be equally important. Because Golden Tree operates hospitality departments itself, these factors can be incorporated into product specifications from the beginning.

Does Golden Tree manufacture everything itself?

Golden Tree combines direct product development and manufacturing with specialist sourcing and production partners according to the product category.

Not every hospitality item benefits from being produced through the same supply chain. Our role is to define the required standard, manage sourcing or production and maintain control over the resulting product.

Can Golden Tree source an existing product instead of manufacturing a new one?

Where manufacturing a bespoke product is unnecessary, Golden Tree can source suitable existing products according to the required specifications, budget and regulatory requirements.

Can you reproduce or replace an existing hotel product?

In many cases, yes.

A hotel may provide its current specification, desired performance characteristics or design direction and Golden Tree can assess suitable manufacturing or sourcing options. Any third-party intellectual property, branding or protected designs naturally remain subject to the relevant rights and permissions.

Can different quality levels be produced?

Yes. Specifications can be adapted according to the property and intended use.

A high-volume city hotel, luxury suite product, executive lounge, Level 5 AURIM environment and staff/back-of-house operation may each require very different materials, longevity, presentation and unit economics.

Can Golden Tree optimise products for operating cost as well as appearance?

Yes — and that is an important part of the process.

A cheaper unit price does not necessarily produce a lower operating cost. Replacement frequency, laundering performance, dosage, wastage, packaging, storage and staff handling can materially affect the real cost of a hospitality product.

Golden Tree can therefore assess products against lifecycle and operational cost, not simply initial purchase price.

Can Golden Tree support procurement and replenishment after initial production?

Yes. A product relationship can extend beyond the initial order into recurring supply, replenishment planning and operational procurement.

Where the products are used within a Golden Tree-operated department, consumption and replenishment can also connect with the wider operational control structure.

Can Golden Tree forecast product consumption?

Yes. For integrated operations, Golden Tree can use consumption history, occupancy, booking activity and other operational indicators to support demand forecasting and replenishment planning.

This helps reduce both shortages and unnecessary inventory.

Does Golden Tree analyse loss, waste and unusual product consumption?

Yes, within managed operations.

Golden Tree's internal systems can support the analysis of consumption patterns, discrepancies, avoidable waste and unusual stock movements. Digital analysis is combined with physical stock controls and cross-checks by employees and management functions.

Are products only available for luxury hotels?

No. Specifications are designed around the property and intended use. A premium guest-facing amenity and a high-volume operational consumable have entirely different requirements.

The objective is not to make every product unnecessarily expensive, but to match quality, presentation and cost to its actual role.

How does a product project begin?

Usually with the product category, intended use, required quality level, estimated volume, market and desired branding.

Golden Tree can then determine whether an existing sourced product, modified specification or bespoke manufacturing route is most appropriate before samples and commercial terms are developed.

What does “White Label” mean at The Golden Tree?

It means Golden Tree operates the service while the hotel remains the guest-facing brand.

The people, management structure, procedures, technology, quality controls and operational support may be provided by The Golden Tree, while the guest experiences the service entirely as part of the hotel. There is no requirement for Golden Tree or AURIM branding to be visible.

What can The Golden Tree manage on a white-label basis?

The model can be applied to individual services or wider hotel operations, including:

Wellness & Spa · Concierge · Executive and club lounges · Bars and selected F&B · Chauffeur · Valet · Porter and arrival services · Guest support · Security management · Operational technology and infrastructure · selected hospitality concepts

Is white-label management the same as supplying staff?

No. Golden Tree can provide personnel, but the operating model goes considerably further. Depending on the mandate, we can take responsibility for management, recruitment, scheduling, procedures, service standards, training, technology, guest communication, reporting, quality assurance, escalation and day-to-day operation.

The hotel therefore receives an operating structure rather than simply additional manpower.

Will guests know that The Golden Tree operates the department?

Not necessarily. In a fully white-label operation, the service can use the hotel's identity, terminology, guest communication and agreed presentation standards. To the guest, the department can function exactly as part of the hote

Can Golden Tree also operate visibly under its own brands?

Yes. Not every partnership needs to be white-label. For example, wellness can operate visibly as AURIM , while another property may prefer a completely hotel-branded wellness department operated by The Golden Tree behind the scenes.

Branded, co-branded and white-label structures can all be considered depending on the concept.

Can Golden Tree take over an existing hotel department?

Yes. White-label management does not require building a new operation from the beginning.

Golden Tree can assume responsibility for an existing department and work with its current infrastructure, procedures, employees, suppliers and technology before introducing agreed operational changes.

What happens to the hotel's existing employees?

That depends on the partnership.

Golden Tree can provide a new team, work alongside existing hotel employees or establish a mixed operating structure. Where appropriate, existing personnel can remain part of the operation while Golden Tree introduces management, procedures, supervision and quality controls around them.

Does Golden Tree replace hotel management?

No. Golden Tree assumes responsibility for the agreed operating scope while continuing to work within the wider structure of the property.

Hotel leadership retains its role over the property, while Golden Tree management is responsible for the department or services entrusted to us.

Who sets the service standards?

Both organisations can contribute.

The partner hotel's brand standards, guest expectations and property-specific requirements are incorporated into the operation alongside Golden Tree's own professional and operational standards.

A white-label partnership is therefore not about replacing the identity of the hotel with Golden Tree's.

Can only one service be outsourced?

A hotel can engage Golden Tree for a single service or department without transferring anything else.

For example, the partnership could consist solely of:
one wellness operation, one executive lounge, concierge, chauffeur, valet, or another clearly defined function.

Can several Golden Tree operations be combined?

Yes. A hotel may choose to place several guest-facing operations within one wider Golden Tree partnership.

For example:
Wellness + Concierge + Chauffeur + Valet

or:

Executive Lounge + Concierge + Arrival Services

The departments can remain operationally distinct while benefiting from shared management, escalation channels and central support.

Why would a hotel use one operator for several departments?

It can reduce fragmentation between multiple suppliers and create clearer responsibility.

Where several Golden Tree departments operate within one property, management, quality assurance, reporting, technology and escalation can be coordinated across them.

The hotel therefore has one accountable operating relationship across several services rather than a collection of unrelated contractors.

Can Golden Tree operate according to an international hotel brand's standards?

Yes. Golden Tree operations can be adapted to property and brand-specific procedures including guest handling, grooming, service language, escalation, reporting, access rules and other operational requirements.

Golden Tree's internal controls operate behind those standards rather than replacing them.

How does Golden Tree supervise a white-label operation?

Every managed operation remains connected to Golden Tree's wider Operational Governance & Quality Assurance structure.

On-property management is supported and reviewed by central functions including CCD, OCC, CORE, COD and other supervisory departments, depending on the nature of the operation.

The objective is that no department is left to evaluate its own performance through only one management layer.

Is the hotel dependent only on the employees physically at the property?

No. One of the principal advantages of the model is that the on-property operation has access to the wider Golden Tree organisation.

A concierge working inside a partner hotel, for example, can escalate a complex requirement into the broader concierge infrastructure rather than being limited to the knowledge and resources of one individual at one desk.

The same principle applies to operational, management, security and technical matters where relevan

Can Golden Tree work with our existing suppliers?

Yes. A managed operation does not automatically require the replacement of the hotel's approved suppliers, F&B products, cosmetic brands or operational partners.

Existing hotel arrangements can remain in place where they meet the requirements of the operation.

Who is responsible for licences and professional authorisations?

The responsibility depends on the activity and jurisdiction. For services directly provided by Golden Tree, the applicable trade licences, professional authorisations, registrations and regulatory requirements are incorporated into the operating structure.

Where a licence or permission is property-specific, the hotel and Golden Tree determine the appropriate responsibility during implementation.

Can management be provided without Golden Tree supplying every employee?

Yes. Golden Tree can take a management and operating role around an existing team where that structure is appropriate.

The objective is not necessarily to replace every person already working within a department, but to establish clear responsibility and a functioning operating model.

Can Golden Tree develop a completely new hotel concept?

Yes. Golden Tree can take a management and operating role around an existing team where that structure is appropriate.

The objective is not necessarily to replace every person already working within a department, but to establish clear responsibility and a functioning operating model.

Is The Golden Tree simply another subcontractor inside the hotel?

That is not how we structure the relationship.

Where Golden Tree receives an operating mandate, the objective is to become a functioning part of the property's operational structure, with defined responsibility and direct coordination with relevant hotel departments.

Can the hotel audit a Golden Tree-managed operation?

Yes. A white-label operation remains part of the partner property's guest environment.

Hotel management can therefore maintain the agreed oversight, inspections and brand-control procedures around the department.
Golden Tree's internal quality assurance adds another layer rather than replacing the hotel's own governance.

Does the hotel receive reporting?

Yes, according to the agreed management structure.

Operational performance, incidents, guest feedback, quality matters and relevant commercial information can be incorporated into recurring reporting and management communication with the partner property. The precise reporting structure is defined around the individual mandate.

Can Golden Tree develop a completely new hotel concept?

Yes — where The Golden Tree is also appointed to operate it.

We can develop new guest-service concepts, departments and operating models from the ground up, including the service structure, staffing model, procedures, technology, guest journey and quality controls.

Golden Tree does not, however, operate as a conventional consultancy that develops a concept, transfers its operating know-how for a limited advisory fee and then hands the project over to another operator.

Where we develop a concept, we remain responsible for bringing it into operation and managing it — either visibly under a Golden Tree brand or entirely white-label under the partner property’s identity. We build concepts to operate them, not simply to sell the blueprint.

What does Golden Tree Security & Infrastructure provide?

Golden Tree can design, install, operate and supervise a broad range of hotel infrastructure, including internet and Wi-Fi, telecommunications, guest screens, servers, guest networks, access control, CCTV, alarms, LPR, biometric systems, automation, reporting platforms and security-management systems.

The scope can range from one technical system to a complete property-wide infrastructure environment.

Does Golden Tree operate its own server infrastructure?

Golden Tree operates its own infrastructure across data environments in Austria, Germany and Slovakia, supporting internal systems, communications, operational applications and selected partner-property services.

Where appropriate, partner systems can also be hosted or operated within Golden Tree-controlled infrastructure rather than depending entirely on consumer-grade third-party services.

Does Golden Tree provide hotel internet and Wi-Fi systems?

Yes. Golden Tree can design and operate high-capacity networks for hotel guests, employees, operational systems, management, IoT devices and security infrastructure.

The architecture can include separate network environments, managed routing, redundancy, traffic control, access policies, performance monitoring and automated optimisation.

Can Golden Tree operate the guest Wi-Fi under the hotel's own brand?

Yes. Guest networks can be completely white-label, including the network name, login experience, captive portal and relevant guest-facing communications.

The guest may experience a network carrying only the hotel's identity while the underlying infrastructure is operated and monitored by Golden Tree.

What does “AI-supported network management” mean?

Golden Tree systems can analyse network load, utilisation, device behaviour, performance trends, unusual activity and expected demand to support automatic or operator-assisted adjustments.

AI-supported analysis is used as an additional management layer rather than replacing professional network engineering and active monitoring.

How reliable is Golden Tree's infrastructure?

For the infrastructure covered by Golden Tree's internal monitoring, our recorded availability since 2020 has been 100% to date, without a recorded service outage across the defined monitored environment.

How does Golden Tree protect against internet or equipment failure?

Infrastructure can be designed with several levels of redundancy depending on the property, including multiple routers, modems, alternative WAN paths, automatic failover, backup communications and secondary operating modes.

Critical systems can continue through alternative infrastructure rather than relying on a single device or connection.

Does Golden Tree provide telecommunications systems?

Yes. Golden Tree operates its own telecommunications backend and can provide hotel telephone and communications environments covering internal extensions, guest communication, departmental routing and wider operational workflows.

A property can therefore use Golden Tree infrastructure behind a completely hotel-branded communications experience.

Can Golden Tree build the entire telephone system for a hotel?

Yes. The scope can include the telephony backend, routing, extensions, departmental structures, guest-service lines, overflow procedures, central coordination and integrations with other operational systems.

The hotel does not necessarily need to maintain a separate external telecommunications operator for every internal function.

Can telephone systems connect with Concierge or central operations?

Yes. Calls can be routed according to the operating model — for example to the hotel's own staff, a Golden Tree white-label department, CCD or another authorised operational unit.

This is particularly useful for properties using Golden Tree for after-hours support or centralised guest-service functions.

Does Golden Tree provide hotel TV and paid-content infrastructure?

Yes, where included within the project. Golden Tree can support modern guest-entertainment and paid-content environments, including network infrastructure, guest interfaces and the systems required to distribute and manage authorised content.

The objective is a modern, intuitive guest experience rather than technically complicated legacy hotel systems.

Does Golden Tree install CCTV and video-surveillance systems?

Golden Tree can design, deploy and operate surveillance environments covering cameras, recording infrastructure, monitoring, alerts and associated management systems. The architecture is adapted to the property, operational requirements and applicable privacy and surveillance laws.

What is Golden Tree Guardian?

Golden Tree Guardian — GTG — is Golden Tree's central security and technical monitoring capability based in Abu Dhabi.

GTG can provide continuous oversight of cameras, sensors, alarms, access systems and operational environments across participating Golden Tree and partner facilities. It provides another layer behind the people physically located at the property.

Can a hotel security team remain in place while GTG monitors remotely?

Yes. Central monitoring does not require the replacement of an existing hotel security department.

GTG can act as an additional control layer supporting on-property personnel with remote monitoring, technical alerts, escalation and broader Golden Tree resources.

Does Golden Tree provide access-control systems?

Yes. Infrastructure can include electronic doors, credential management, cards, mobile credentials, PIN access and other appropriate access technologies.

Access can be segmented by employee, department, guest category, location, time or other authorised criteria.

Does Golden Tree provide biometric access?

Where legally appropriate, yes.

Systems can incorporate technologies such as facial recognition or other biometric authentication, subject to the applicable privacy, employment and biometric-data requirements of the relevant jurisdiction.

Does Golden Tree provide licence-plate recognition?

Yes. LPR systems can support parking, gates, vehicle identification, authorised access and automated property workflows.

For example, an authorised vehicle can trigger a predefined arrival or access process without requiring staff to manually verify every entry.

Can security systems trigger automated actions?

Yes. Golden Tree can connect cameras, sensors, doors, access systems, alarms, vehicles and other operational infrastructure into automated workflows.

Events can trigger alerts, access changes, escalation, logging or other authorised actions depending on the property's requirements.

Does Golden Tree provide alarm systems?

Yes. Security environments can incorporate intrusion alarms, technical alarms, environmental sensors and other property-specific alerting systems.

These can be integrated with local personnel, Golden Tree monitoring and defined escalation procedures rather than operating as isolated devices.

Can Golden Tree integrate satellite connectivity?

Yes, where technically appropriate.

Satellite connectivity can be used as a primary or backup communications path for locations requiring additional resilience or where terrestrial connectivity is insufficient.

It can form one layer of a wider redundant communications architecture.

Does Golden Tree provide incident-management systems?

Yes. Security, technical and operational events can be documented, assigned, escalated and tracked rather than remaining in informal messages or verbal shift handovers.

The record can include what happened, when it happened, who responded, which action was taken and whether the issue was ultimately closed.

Can Golden Tree automate quality and security audits?

Yes. Digital checks, scheduled inspections, NFC checkpoints, evidence requirements and automated escalation can be incorporated into property workflows.

The objective is not merely to generate checklists but to establish traceable responsibility for whether a required control was actually completed.

Are employees checking only themselves?

No. Golden Tree uses layered control structures in which checks can be verified by automated systems, AI powered agents, other employees, management and separate Golden Tree departments.

This reduces dependence on one person marking their own work as complete without independent oversight.

How does this connect with Operational Governance & Quality Assurance?

Infrastructure is one of the tools through which Golden Tree's governance structure operates.

CCD, OCC, GTG, CORE, COD, on-property management and other authorised functions can use technical systems, reporting and escalation channels to maintain visibility across operations.

Technology therefore supports the control structure rather than existing separately from it.

Does Golden Tree also provide physical security personnel?

Yes, where included within the operating scope.

Golden Tree security concepts can combine technical systems with trained personnel, on-property procedures, management oversight and central monitoring.

The exact security model is built according to the property and risk profile.

Can Golden Tree develop a complete hotel security concept?

Yes — where Golden Tree is involved in its implementation and operation.

A security concept can cover surveillance, access, alarms, monitoring, staffing, escalation, protected mobility, technical resilience and management procedures.

As with our wider management model, Golden Tree does not position itself as a low-cost consultancy that simply hands over its internal operating methods after a few advisory hours.

We design systems to operate and remain responsible for them.

Does Golden Tree provide protected mobility as part of security operations?

Yes.

Golden Tree's security capability connects with its Protected Mobility operation, including access to VR7 and VR8-class armoured vehicles, specialist personnel and security-sensitive transport procedures.

This can form part of a larger security assignment rather than being treated as a conventional chauffeur booking.

Can Golden Tree support diplomatic movements?

Yes, where legally and operationally appropriate.

Golden Tree can support diplomatic and other security-sensitive movements with protected vehicles, specialised personnel, movement planning and coordination with the relevant authorised parties.

Can security escorts be arranged?

Yes, subject to the assignment and applicable law.

Protected movements may incorporate trained security personnel and additional vehicles or escort arrangements where required.

The structure is determined individually according to the risk profile and local legal framework.

Is Golden Tree security only intended for VIPs?

No. A large part of security infrastructure is entirely routine: protecting hotel entrances, staff areas, networks, guest information, parking, technical rooms and operational systems.

High-security or diplomatic capability represents only one specialised part of the wider operation.

Can Golden Tree secure both the digital and physical environment?

Yes — and that is one of the reasons these functions sit together.

A modern property does not have a clean dividing line between physical and digital security. A door may depend on a network, an alarm may depend on a server, an LPR camera may trigger a gate, and a monitoring centre may supervise all of them simultaneously.

Golden Tree can therefore approach the environment as one connected operational infrastructure.

Does Golden Tree work only with new hotels?

No. Existing hotels can modernise individual systems or transfer selected infrastructure into Golden Tree management without rebuilding the entire property.

The starting point may be one network, one access system or one security requirement before the scope develops further.

Can Golden Tree take over an existing network or security environment?

Yes, following an assessment of the existing infrastructure.

Where existing equipment is suitable, it does not need to be replaced simply because Golden Tree assumes management.

Systems can be retained, reorganised, upgraded or integrated depending on their security, reliability and compatibility.

Does Golden Tree force hotels to use one hardware manufacturer?

No. Infrastructure is designed around the operational requirement rather than around selling one manufacturer's catalogue.

Different environments may require different network, surveillance, access, server or communications technologies.

Can Golden Tree provide infrastructure for several properties centrally?

Yes. Multi-property environments can be managed through centralised monitoring and administration while maintaining separate access rights, networks, reporting and policies for each property.

This is particularly relevant to hotel groups and Golden Tree operations spanning several locations.

Is Golden Tree an IT reseller or installation contractor?

No. Hardware installation can form part of the service, but the core proposition is ongoing operation.

Golden Tree develops infrastructure around the service it needs to provide, remains involved after installation and can take responsibility for monitoring, management, maintenance and operational integration.

What is The Golden Tree today?

The Golden Tree is an international hospitality operations group.

The group develops, operates and supports guest-facing services and hospitality infrastructure for hotels, premium properties and private clients.

Its activities include hotel wellness and AURIM, concierge, lounges and selected F&B operations, chauffeur and mobility, white-label management, security and infrastructure, as well as hospitality products and manufacturing.

When was The Golden Tree founded?

The Golden Tree traces its historical origins to 1889.

The organisation has changed considerably since then, and today's international corporate and operating structure is the result of later development and expansion.

Why does The Golden Tree reference 1889?

1889 represents the historical origin from which The Golden Tree traces its heritage.

The present group, brands, legal entities and modern operating divisions developed much later, but the historical date remains part of the wider Golden Tree story.

When was the modern international Golden Tree structure established?

The modern international structure expanded substantially from 2019, including the establishment of The Golden Tree InterNational Inc. in the United States and the development of the group’s international operating organisation.

Since then, the group has continued to build its hospitality, concierge, wellness, mobility, manufacturing and infrastructure activities across multiple markets.

Where is The Golden Tree headquartered?

The Golden Tree operates through an international corporate and operational structure rather than from one single functional headquarters.

The group's international corporate structure includes the United States, while operational and specialist functions are distributed across locations in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Why does The Golden Tree use several legal entities?

Different markets and activities require different legal, regulatory and operating structures.

The group therefore uses appropriate corporate and local operating entities according to jurisdiction, service type, licensing requirements and contractual responsibility.

For hotel partners, the relevant contracting and operating entity is identified as part of the individual partnership.

Is The Golden Tree primarily a consumer brand or a B2B company?

Both relationships exist, but they serve different purposes.

Guests encounter public-facing services such as AURIM, Concierge and Chauffeur, while a significant part of Golden Tree operates behind the scenes for hotels and partner properties through management, white-label operations, infrastructure, manufacturing and other B2B services.

Is The Golden Tree a franchise company?

No. Golden Tree partnerships are individually structured operating relationships rather than conventional franchise arrangements.

Where Golden Tree develops a concept, the group generally intends to remain involved in its operation rather than licensing its methods and withdrawing.

Does The Golden Tree sell its operating know-how as consultancy?

Generally, no.

Golden Tree may develop new hospitality concepts and operating structures as part of a partnership, but the group does not position itself as a conventional consultancy that transfers its internal methods for a limited advisory engagement and then leaves another company to operate them.

We develop concepts with the intention of operating them ourselves — under Golden Tree, AURIM or completely white-label.

Why does The Golden Tree operate across so many different hospitality areas?

Because many parts of the guest experience are operationally connected.

A hotel stay can involve arrival, chauffeur transport, concierge, wellness, executive lounges, security, technology, guest amenities and numerous behind-the-scenes systems.

Golden Tree's structure allows several of these functions to be managed individually or connected within one broader operating relationship.

Are all Golden Tree divisions centrally controlled?

They are connected through a common governance structure, while individual departments retain specialised responsibilities.

Functions such as CCD, OCC, CORE, COD, GTG, THE OFFICE, Rapid Response Operations and on-property management provide different layers of coordination, specialist support and oversight across the organisation.

The objective is not to centralise every decision, but to prevent individual operations from functioning without wider support or accountability.

Where are Golden Tree's major operational centres?

Golden Tree's operational structure currently includes specialist functions in several international locations, including:

Vienna, Austria — CCD and European operations
Bratislava, Slovakia — THE OFFICE and long-form coordination
Abu Dhabi, UAE — Golden Tree Guardian security and technical monitoring
Seoul, South Korea — CORE Team and senior concierge operations

Additional Golden Tree teams and property-level operations are distributed according to service and market requirements.

Why are Golden Tree teams distributed internationally?

Different operating functions benefit from different locations, expertise and time-zone coverage.

The distributed structure also supports continuous operations across regions rather than requiring every request or escalation to depend on a single office.

Does The Golden Tree operate 24/7?

Several central Golden Tree functions do.

Concierge, CCD, THE OFFICE, security monitoring and selected operational coordination functions maintain around-the-clock coverage.

Physical hotel departments and guest facilities operate according to their individual property schedules.

Does the group plan to remain focused on hospitality?

Hospitality remains at the centre of The Golden Tree.

The individual business lines may look very different — from spa treatments to telecommunications infrastructure — but they are developed around the same underlying environment: operating, supporting and improving hospitality properties and the services surrounding their guests.

How does Golden Tree approach growth?

Through long-term operating relationships rather than rapid transactional expansion.

Each hotel partnership is approached in good faith with the intention of creating a durable relationship. Individual departments and scopes can expand over time where both parties see a reason to do so.

Why does Golden Tree sign a Memorandum of Intent with partners?

The Memorandum of Intent reflects the long-term, good-faith basis on which Golden Tree approaches its partnerships.

It establishes the shared intention to develop a lasting relationship before individual operating scopes, departments and future opportunities evolve further.

Is Golden Tree looking for new hotel partners?

Golden Tree continues to evaluate partnerships with hotels and premium properties where its operating capabilities can add meaningful value.

A partnership may begin with one department or involve a wider combination of services depending on the property.

How can a hotel or organisation contact the corporate team?

Corporate and partnership enquiries can be submitted directly through tgt.eu.com.

The appropriate Golden Tree team can then assess the property, intended scope and type of relationship before directing the enquiry to the relevant operating division.
