Client Success & Advisory Lead

We’re looking for a strategic thinker who enjoys simplifying complexity and helping organizations move with more clarity. At Avenir, you’ll work closely with leadership teams to shape priorities, strengthen alignment, and support thoughtful long-term growth.

You’ll partner with ambitious organizations navigating change, operational challenges, and periods of growth — helping turn complexity into practical action through clearer thinking, structured guidance, and measurable momentum.

What you’ll do:

• Support organizations through growth, operational change, and leadership alignment
• Facilitate workshops and strategic sessions focused on priorities, and decision-making
• Translate complex business challenges into practical frameworks and realistic next steps
• Partner closely with executives and leadership teams to improve clarity
• Conduct research and strategic assessments to uncover opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure stronger execution and momentum
• Help organizations improve communication, prioritization, and operational clarity

4. Your Rights & How to Manage Your Data

You remain fully in control of your data at all times. You can request access, export, correction, or deletion of your information whenever you like. You can remove uploaded files, limit processing for sensitive materials, or delete your account entirely. When you do, Avenir removes your personal data and analysis artifacts unless retention is legally required. There are no penalties for leaving. Avenir will let you go calmly and professionally. Ariel might take it personally if you stop using his templates, but that is between him and his therapist.

Your code, content, and all outputs generated by Avenir remain yours. Always. We do not claim ownership, reuse your work, or quietly admire your structure while pretending it was our idea. Avenir only processes what you choose to provide and exists to support your work, not extract value from it.
